Gym layout

Our gym consists of 3 units, each with their own space, top quality machines/equipment; perfect for each muscle group.

Unit 1

Our first unit is our weight room, consisting of free weights, lifting racks and plate loaded machines to give you a wide range of equipment to choose from.

Unit 2

Our second unit is our space for cardio and pin loaded machines. We’re increasing the number of treadmills and ease of use equipment we have to facilitate everybody.

Unit 3

Our third unit will be the new and much bigger home of our classes. Meaning we are able to offer more places on the classes you love. Doubling up as a large studio space when classes aren’t on.

We offer high quality machines for all muscle groups, where there is always room to reach further, lift heavier and dream bigger.
