Gym class schecule

Throughout the day, 7 days a week, there are a variety of classes you can book onto and enjoy. Each class is held by one member of staff and typically last between 30mins - 60mins. Take a look down below and see if there is a class for you!

Monday (9am-8pm)

Tabata
9:30am - 10:00am
Jemma Turner

A half hour session with 8 exercises, 20 seconds on with 10 seconds rest between each one. Weights can be added but this class is aimed at ALL abilities - so come and give it a try!

Dan's Boxercise
5:30pm - 6:10pm
Dan O'Brien

A boxercise class is working on coordination and various boxing combinations, using gloves, pads and bags mixed in with different circuits.

HIIT
6:30pm - 7pm
Heather Turner

30 mins of High Intensity Interval Training, guaranteed to raise the heart rate and burn calories long after the class has finished.

Stretch and Mobility
7:10pm - 7:55pm
Jemma Turner

Designed to help and improve your mobility and flexibility - a half hour session for those with a busy schedule!

Tuesday (6am-8pm)

Tabata
6:30am - 7:15am

Tabata plus an extra 15 mins for those who can stay til 7:15am!

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a high intensity full body workout, utilising a variety of training methods, giving each session a new and engaging feel!

Wednesday (6am-8pm)

Crack of Yawn
6:30am - 7:15am

A mixture of functional and high intensity movements, suitable to work individually or with a partner. A class that will suit everybody! Come get yourselves sweaty...

A gym based circuit whcih aims to work your individual functional strength, increase muscle mass, muscle endurance, wake you up and get your day off to a fantastic start!

A 45 minute session of high intensity fun. Aiming to improve cardio, strength and endurance. A true test of grit!

Abs Blast
7:05pm - 7:35pm

A 30 minute class that will help to strengthen your core area and help to strengthen your abs, giving you abs of steel! This is always a fun class that you work at your own level.

Thursday (6am-8pm)

Strengthen and tone the legs, bums and tums, the class is a mix of weights and body weight exercises.

Learn to Lift
6pm - 7pm

Learn to lift is a lifting based class with a structured technique session closed out with a high intensity finisher.

Saturday (9am-12:30pm)

Saturday Circuit
9am - 9:45am

Saturday Circuit follows an interval style approach, allowing you to reach a challenging intensity before recovering between movements.

Sunday (9am-12:30pm)

Abs, Core and Coffee
10am - 10:45am

Sundays are for abs, core n coffee... a 45 minute class that will help to strengthen your core area and help to strengthen your abs, followed by a fresh brewed coffee, tea or hot chocolate. This is always a fun class that you work at your own level. Quick tip: laughter strengthens abs ;)
