From the love of dance as a child. I turned my interest towards fitness in my mid 20's and qualified as an aerobic instructor in the early 90's. Since then I have done a revolution cycle course, gym instructor and personal trainer qualification - with over 4 decades of experience in the fitness industry. Our dream to become gym owners finally came to fruition almost 10 years ago - and we havent looked back since.

Personal Trainer & Odd Jobber. I’m a qualified personal trainer who works primarily on the equipment sales side — helping people find the right gear to reach their fitness goals. Whether it’s recommending the perfect setup or walking someone through how to use it, I’m all about making fitness more accessible and less intimidating. Outside of that, I jump in wherever needed — covering classes, fixing things, moving heavy stuff, and handling the odd jobs that keep everything running smoothly.
